Delivery & Payment Policy
We aim to make delivery clear, reliable and easy to track. Charges are calculated at checkout according to your order value and delivery destination.
Pakistan Orders
Orders are normally processed within one working day. Orders placed Monday to Saturday before 8:00 PM may be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 PM, on Sundays or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch for major cities and 3–5 working days for remote or rural areas.

Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan. Advance bank transfer is available on request. Eligible prepaid Pakistan orders may receive a 10% discount when arranged and confirmed with Customer Support before dispatch. The offer cannot be combined with another promotion unless stated otherwise.
International Orders
International shipping is currently available to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait. International orders require advance payment by PayPal or debit/credit card. Estimated delivery is 5–12 working days, depending on destination and courier conditions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International duties, taxes or import charges, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the destination country or courier. These charges are not included in Baigino’s product or shipping prices.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
Customer Support may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order. Once dispatched, tracking details are shared by message or email. We use TCS, PostEx, M&P, Trax and other suitable courier partners.
Parcel Inspection
Parcels delivered through TCS cannot be opened before payment. Parcel-opening availability with other couriers depends on the courier’s own service rules and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by location, public holidays, weather, courier operations or other circumstances beyond our control.
