How Will My Money Be Refunded?

Once your return is approved and processed by Baigino, you will receive the refund via Bank Transfer. The returned items must be in perfect condition, with their original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

After your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message. The amount will be reimbursed via the same bank details you provided at the time of return confirmation. Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned item(s).
