These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Baigino website and purchases made through it. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the website.

Products & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours, details and availability accurately. Colours may vary slightly because of lighting or screen settings. All products and offers are subject to availability, and we may correct genuine listing, pricing or inventory errors.

Orders & Payments

An order is accepted after it has been successfully placed and confirmed. Baigino may contact the customer to verify order details. Cash on Delivery is available for eligible Pakistan orders. International orders require advance payment using an available approved method.

Pricing & Promotions

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Promotional discounts apply only during the stated period and subject to any displayed conditions. Eligible prepaid Pakistan orders may receive a 10% discount when arranged and confirmed by Customer Support before dispatch.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery charges, time estimates, return eligibility, exchanges and refunds are governed by our published Delivery & Payment, Return & Exchange, and Refund policies. Delivery estimates can be affected by courier operations and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation or use the service for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

Website content owned by Baigino, including original text, graphics and branding, may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Baigino is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delayed delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
